Technical Difficulties

So remember when I said I was back and I wasnt leaving? Well at least this time my word being broken wasnt my fault. I have had numerous posts mostly ready to go (if you recall I have a slight OCD about them) and all Ive had to do is some small edits and then I could conceivably put them all out which was my plan...then my hard drive failed. Hard to be productive with an internet blog with no computer wouldnt you say?

Instincts don't exist

I find the existence of instincts to be quite an accepted and unquestioned thing and I've never been able to figure out why. Its not like anyone bothered to try to prove them, their merely blanket statements that are jus accepted as truth and after puttin some thought into em I've realized that I don't believe we humans still have them.

OCD - My Way Or The Highway

Dam I love these titles hehe, o so clever if I do say so myself. So OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a real and painful affliction facing many people daily. They need to count and perform little tasks or their minds will make their lives a living hell and this post is not to mock or make light of what they go through but to show how difficult it is for me on a much much (much) smaller scale. Ive always thought of myself as "particular" when it comes to how I want things done and those close to me can attest to the random instances where I jus want things done in a certain way or I'll start acting feelin like a crack addict and be unable to sit still.

Recently, I had my shoulder injured (cue the sympathy) and while I was laid up on bedrest I caught up on some old favourite movies, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight as well as Iron Man (not the second installment cause its not on TV yet and I don't own it) While I was watchin I realized something, Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark share a LOT of similarities. Both are billionaire businessmen with companies that produce cutting edge technology and both lost pretty much all the family they had left in the world and of course both ran thru more broads that Usain does finish line tape (dam that is what you call a metaphor) and that raised the question "Who would you rather be?"

Im not sure how many of you notice but my posts are quite layered with many inside jokes and references you more than likely dont/wont understand unless your actually me....or insanely close to me (I can reference a couple people but Im sure their as tired of gettin shout outs as I am of giving em by now) and that is where the links come in. I make sure to fill my entries with as many relateable links to youtube as possible and 1 overall summarizing link to conclude and because I know dont believe in people I feel the need to beseech you (Im gettin to say this a lot more) to check out the links for no reason other than for your increased enjoyment understanding on what it is that Im talking about. Many a time I get a "I didnt even know" response when discussing my blog  and its references with people and I understand reading blogs can be a bit overwhelming but I emplore you, click and enjoy because as much as its for me, its for you too....

Whats All Good In The....Blog

Finding legitimate words that rhyme with blog is not an easy task in the least. This lil blurb here was mainly a glorified status update because I realize I take random uncalled for hiatuses all the time and leave all my fans/readers wondering "Why 2 Easy? WHYYY???" (I naturally assume everyone is more emotional then they may actually be, safety procedure) To which I say, blogging isnt as easy as I (and my ol pal IllDapoe) have made it out to be. Inspiration and follow through are needed when blogging and even then I personally am farrrr too particular (I read these things over like 10 times before I click post) about my ish (I think children may be reading/listening) to jus be pumping out entries not to mention trying to lead some semblance of a real life not only distracts but drains the brilliance from me.

My Kobe-Versary

Let me start off by saying this is not me celebrating beating a rape charge but rather the celebration of my birth 24 times over. Usually Im not a big birthday guy, I mean I enjoy gathering to celebrate ones escape from the birth canal but Im not really big on having a huge gathering for it... at least not anymore. As a kid I loved being the center of attention and relished birthdays because it meant calls (and serenades of Fred, family birthday song) from relatives I only heard from once or twice a year and jus a fawning that Id come to crave. Being that now Im a beaten down older man I realize that a lot of that is fake fawning since it only does come once a year similar to an old couple who makes sure they annually do it ironically on one of their birthdays*shudder* and since Im not big on planning because people will let you down more often than not (a post for the future) I gave up on planning and traditional birthday fun on a whole.

Life Aint Fair...And???

For years Ive heard this placebo of a statement applied to everything under the sun. Its an umbrella statement made to pacify children when parents dont really have a good enough reason as to why the ball didnt bounce their way or talk a tired person down from the brink of a mental breakdown and personally Ive never really been satisfied with it. My response has always been "why?"

Why Do I Bother?

I know that Im viewed as what people may call a people person but honestly I CANT stand most people (I underlined most simply because I have a feeling that line will hurt a lotta feelings). Its my dirty little secret (shhh) I like to interact with and meet people and learn their foibles and what makes them tick but after that initial interest dissipates... Im good. Sadly Im jus too much of a "people person" to fully let myself just disappear because sometimes I'll get hit the classic "we dont ever talk anymore" line and feel guilty because I gave them a taste of this (gestures to all of me) and then jus took it off the market (kinda like the Ribwich...Its back now tho). So this is my affliction, I cant take the overall douchebaggery that comes along with communicating and being "friends" with most people but their quirks sustain me so Im kinda stuck (I crossed out that most cause I cant stand douchebaggery). Yet still I find myself cyclically doing it time and time again. I find someone who intrigues me and is quirky and then get bored or annoyed or jus feel like keeping to myself and they get offended and hate me or need a "break" from me and it takes on a life of its own.

"Im jus sayin you could better".....tell me how often you've heard THAT lately? I know Im not the only one that feels like Twitter/BBM/Facebook and all other sources of social media are being DOMINATED by Drake quotes and that got me to thinking...why? Drake isnt an especially thuggish or gifted rapper by the standards we have for rappers yet the hardest niggas will check for him. He isnt the prettiest guy around either but he could probably have 9/10 girls in any given scenario if he wanted and its an enigma of a mystery to many. So that leads me back to my original question of Why?

Willie gone.... our nigga('s blog) dead!

I may be being a bit dramatic with the title but thats what Kanye causes as so said by Willie himself.... O and this is a big deal. Ive made my intentions on separating from my thoughts and not being consumed by them known and that is a clear reason as to why I even started this blog but there are other reasons. As much as I hate trends Im definitely more susceptible to them (yup that will be a post at some point) if 1 in my inner circle succumbs. Does that make me weak? Probably but there's a reason I keep my circle as tight as it is. Those are the niggas I trust above all and if they feel as though something deserves a second look or an initial chance to begin with then Im liable to re-asses. How this relates to anything you ask? Well in terms of the blog it was a perfect storm. My boy Ill Da Grouch had jus started blogging and was excited about it and usually whenever he gets excited he not only goes balls in but tries to pull anyone else as balls in with him.... *no homo*You add that to the fact I had been thinking to a point where I was genuinely afraid I'd pull something because of my overall mess that was my life (a story for another time) I decided to give blogging a try... and the rest as they say is history.

That Cockiness Gon Get You Shot.....B*tch!

Im not ashamed to say I love myself, and not in the same way Pee Wee Herman did and got arrested for, but the love a man shares for a fine cuban cigar (wow my sh*t talkin is on high right now I apologize) I mean Im comfortable in my own skin almost to a point that it makes others question themselves and the scent of their shit. Im aware of my faults and my shortcomings and rather than being embarassed by them and tryin to hide them away *I* work on em and try to make sure that their no longer there. At this point reading this much seem like Im giving myself the ol' self five and you know what? I am. Every now and again 1 needs to do that to not only remember their self worth but tell others of it (how else would they know?)

Twitter killed the Blogger star

Lately Ive had a lot of things Ive been wanting to write and post and I keep finding myself stuck and disinterested with my blog. Ive tried to rationalize it by saying life was preventing me from throwing myself into it or that I was waiting for inspiration (complete double rainbow) but the other day I realized something, my twitter account has killed my blogging (similar to video killin the radio...star) Im aware many have both and run them quite easily but often those are blogs that are focused on trends or fashion or somethin people pleasing whereas *this* blog is dedicated to my gripes and is an outlet for my sick thoughts (I had sick thoughts #RoleModels....SEE! twitter influences) but with the emergence of my twitter account @ItsJus2Easy (http://twitter.com/#!/ItsJus2Easy) I dun need to rely as much on my blog for that release anymore. Twitter has allowed me the opportunity to blog in spurts and with the convenience of it being attached to my phone and the hilarity of many people's instant responses Ive been distracted by the marathon that is blogging.

Pass The Driver Pon The Left-Hand Side

I have yet to get into this gripe and its one that causes me the most stress and anxiety: Bad Drivers (you know who you are!) There are unwritten rules of the road people and there are more than enough WRITTEN rules to follow that these awful drivers already ignore. There are far too many times where people fluster my mind and cause me to hit my poor steering wheel in anger. Driving in 2 lanes, indicators on which no lane change, driving slower than the speed limit in the fast lane soooo many scenarios that cause me to be interested in road rage.

Hindsight is 20/20

These cliched titles are almost making the writing, wait for it, 2 Easy (I never saw a pun I didn't like) but that doesn't devalue them....much. They just help me get to the point all the quicker and remove you the reader from being subjected to unneeded amounts of B.S (Blogger Syndrome) This latest title is just another way of saying "shoulda, woulda coulda,didnt....and then I see what was best..a" Earlier I had a post where I questioned (organized) religion however I do feel as though theres a higher power at work and I honestly think that said power has a great (and misunderstood) sense of humor (see the Giraffe or the Kangaroo if you doubt me. Don't even get me started on Elephants). Without getting into some sort of big religious debate (again) I just wanted to use the fact that theres usually an ironic undertone in these "scenarios" (that's me putting mistakes in a nicer light) that we don't and often CAN'T see until after they've already blown up in our faces happened.
