Welcome to the beginning of the Really? series. In this space on my blog I will post certain videos, news stories or pictures that jus make you tilt your head, raise an eyebrow and go.... really? It is a phrasing that I use often when stupid people do stupid things Im unbelievably incredulous about
We as a society slip and fall waaaaaay too often and I dont understand why no one ever says anything. If only a couple people would jus stand up and question more decisions maybe, JUS maybe that would limit some of the foolishness. The first Really? inspiring video comes from yo boy T-Pain. Several years ago Autotune ran rampant all over the musical charts (and sadly its still there) and it was mostly led by T-Pain which inspired a certain rapper to proclaim it dead..on arrival, unfortunately clearly it has more lives than a certain broad in leather with a whip.
As a man who works with children for a living I can promise you that if I see any child ask for or with this device as a result of the ad campaign that is Christmas, Im not only ridiculing them Mercylessly (ehh? ehh? Its the name of the blog ;)) but Im doing my best to make sure they lose (wink wink) it or it manages to turn up broken....somehow (Ièll let my creativity out)
Now how is it you go to a talent show and have no talent? I can understand that your nervous fine but then to use autotune which is jus pressing the T-Pain effect button? Ridiculous... I wont lie tho, the pose is mighty gansta still but to the rest of it all I have to say is: Really?

@ItsJus2Easy
I thought this was a shot at me, at first. Now why the toy got to turn up missin'?? Let the kids be themselves. If we don't let them be fools when they're young they'll grow up to be something far more ridiculous....(insert bad role model here)
ReplyDeleteAhahahah Of course you would. Im fine with kids being themselves and if I honestly believed any child wanted to be a sub-adequate singer that sounds like a robot Id support em but since they can have the exact same affect singing into a fan, Im not supporting this.
ReplyDeleteAnd picking role models based on one being less bad than the other is how human atrocities are made, see Jersey Shore
