So remember when I said I was back and I wasnt leaving? Well at least this time my word being broken wasnt my fault. I have had numerous posts mostly ready to go (if you recall I have a slight OCD about them) and all Ive had to do is some small edits and then I could conceivably put them all out which was my plan...then my hard drive failed. Hard to be productive with an internet blog with no computer wouldnt you say?
As a result I feel like all the momentum Ive been building has jus been hit in the knee by a lead pipe. Ive been working hard and tryin to establish some consistency with this thing not to mention that other thing, you know the one with the burning? Some people have said they enjoy it and I enjoy doing it and getting bigger & better but with all the force of a blunt object to knee it was derailed. Im aware many of you are prolly saying "Jel (2 Easy if ur nasty) why cant you jus pick up where you left off?" Well gee why didnt I think of that? (I didnt... I OBSESSED of that...on that?) Unfortunately I have writing moments, rhythms, modes if you and if their interrupted they're extremely difficult to get back onto track hence my numerous disappearances in the past. Once Im in a rhythm Im able to pump them out but thats a mindset I have to build into... luckily this time before I was derailed I started and wrote down many of my ideas so when I do eventually find my mode again I can slide riiiiiight back into things :D
Sadly me writing this post to inform you of theses things isnt a indication that my computer woes are over. 1st my hard drive crashes, then when I get it back my sound drivers fuck up so now I have to keep coordinating with the good people at the Laptop Center (free plug, maybe that'll get me discounts) found on eglinton ave west (;)) to try and solve all of these issues but who knows when that will become a finality and then its a matter of getting my mode back.
The whole purpose of this post was to give a short synopsis of why you havent been flooded Katrina style like I promised but seeing as we're tantilizingly close to a new year and Ive already surpassed my goal of posts for the year (38 to last years 32) I can take solace in knowing I'll have a nice head start in besting my 2011 total (Aiming for 50) #Swag
Whats a #ItsJus2Easy blog without a trademark video? In this post-dition the video comes to us from Futurama mainly because the video I wanted I couldnt find (Itchy and Scratchy revolt due to a lack of license plates) but this one of the machines revolting (only saying 1 line) will suffice :D HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL!
